Plain English License
You are free to use any sample library downloaded from this site in any music or video composition you wish, be it commercial or freely available. You may not redistribute any of the samples or sample libraries on their own, unless you have been given written permission by Decidedly, LLC. In order for something to qualify as a “music or video composition” within this license, samples must be combined with at least one other audio source. In other words, you can’t create “compositions” that just consist of single samples being played in their entirety, as this would be an end run around the prohibition on redistribution.
